HOW BIG ARE YOUR PIZZAS?

Our pizzas are made to be enjoyed by one person and are about 12 inches, which is right in the range of a traditional Neapolitan pizza. We toss our pizzas by hand, so the size and shape can vary very slightly.

HOW FAST DO YOUR PIZZAS COOK?

Our pizzas cook in under two minutes, just like traditional Neapolitan pizza. This quick baking style ensures a chewy but crisp crust and fresh tasting toppings.

IS THAT A WOOD FIRED OVEN?

Our revolutionary oven is custom made by Maraforni for Del Lusso and is powered by gas. However, the design is based on the traditional wood-fired ovens of Italy. The 1,000 degree temperature allows for perfect baking of our pizza every time.

I HAVE A GLUTEN ALLERGY. WHAT CAN I EAT?

Any of our pizzas can be made with a gluten free pizza crust. Our salads are also gluten free. Please note that Del Lusso is not a gluten-free environment.

I'M VEGAN/VEGETARIAN. WHAT CAN I EAT?

You can customize your pizza to make it both vegan and vegetarian - just avoid the meats (if vegetarian) or meats & cheese (if vegan). Our salads can also be customized to suit your dietary needs.
